Returns (Home Decor Items)
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of defect or error.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue your refund within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.

- Customized or personalized items.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
